Nordic Rent is a new meeting place on the Internet between landlords of vacation homes and those who are looking to rent a vacation home.

Nordic Rent is for you as an individual and for those who operate businesses in the industry, no matter what you are equally welcome to rent out your holiday accommodation here. One of our objectives is that we can provide a wide and comprehensive range of holiday accommodation here at Nordic Rent, so everything from a single room in an apartment up to whole castle goes perfectly well to advertise with us :-)

Nordic Rent is a service that helps you reach out to potential tenants, not only in Scandinavia but across Europe, USA and Canada where we advertise our service widely, both through the press and internet.

Cost

We now have an introductory offer where the first 100 ads that are published at Nordic Rent will receive advertising space in 12 months completely free of charge.
Thereafter, we will offer different advertising plans depending on; desired advertising time, number of photos per item, number of object to advertise and if you want to have the ad lifted in visitors search result. Price spans from 150 SEK (about $20, 14 Euro) to 550 SEK ( $72, 50 Euro) per advertisement plan. When the time, defined by the advertising plan connected to your ad, expires your ad will be deactivated. You will be informed through e-mail if you wish to reactivate it again or not.

How it works

• You start by registering a user account, it's quick and easy.. Shortly thereafter you will receive an e-mail with your login information.
• Login with your new information on the Owner login page
• When you log in you will be taken you to your own admin section of Nordic Rent where you have full control over your ads.
• The first thing you should do when logged in is to complete your contact details (Important!) and if you like to create a new password.
• Start to create a new ad, fill in as much information you can about your holiday home, upload the image, register already booked periods, set price for various periods per week and per night. Finally, select which ad plan that best suits you. Done! Your holiday home is presented to all our visitors. Now, when you have selected a plan you can go back and add even more images to present your object.
• You can at any time go back to edit your ad
• You will receive through e-mail any booking requests or questions from interested guests that have seen your ad but no one will ever see your e-mail address in Nordic Rent.
• Your calendar associated with your objects is automatically updated to Reserved as soon as a booking request comes in via Nordic Rent to the time in question. You can then via your admin section at Nordic Rent confirm or cancel the booking request. If you cancel then the object will be available for new booking request for the period - no risk of double booking via Nordic Rent!
